when I start the this course named call center I remember that I did not
knew anything about call center because was new field for me at the beginning I
thought that work in a call center was an easy job but
is a hard work in a call center because can be stressful job, the graveyard
shift is the most difficult thing about working in a call center, monotonous
work, but can be good to like experience
to get talking with real Americans speaker to get a best prestige, get a good
commission and don’t discriminate other people in public, so I was with the big
expectation about the new teacher what different ways to teach he apply
moreover I was very nervous but when Carlos
arrives I knew that he used a different methods of teaching very interesting
and I love his methodology of teaching.
I remember the first day started talking about the
question that the teacher made about our expectation this course.
The first day I would feel very comfortable.
The teacher shared to us any interesting and important
topics that can apply not only in call center fate in any field.
Another
point that caught my attention was that dress codes in call center are very
informal agent would probably be wearing jeans, shirt, and rubber shoes.
I think that ties course was very good and was nice to be in this group
all was very nice.
I learned a lot of about this course was very
interesting for me. I will assign myself a 7.5.
The practice in the lab was the most difficult for me
because I know that need learn more about computer skills and typing skills was
not easily.
Thanks for share your knowledge with us Carlos, was a good experience
for me thanks.
