I think that is very interesting work in a call center company by many reasons such as, get a great bonus, get a lot of experiences through the practice while to talk with a native speaker in English, it get a best prestige, it get  a good commission and don’t discriminate other people in public. But can be very stressful and monotonous job, the graveyard shift is the most difficult thing about working in a call center.
Handling an angry caller in the call center
Work in a call center at the beginning can be thinks that is a easy job but really are a hard job, because has many disadvantage like can be very stressfully, became a monotonous work and the most difficult of all are angry callers but become apply some steps to help with type of customer the caller want someone to heard then out, so the agent can asks how he or she can helps sit back and waits patient listen to their story very well , don’t interrupt or cut them off, take any information  and ask question is very important always after they’re spoken listen the story that will helps understand the situation , let them know the agent is sorry for him or her to inconvenience or problem that they are in the moment .
Therefore when dealing with an angry or frustrated customer it very important to keep in mind to be patent and positive attitude to confront de problem. Sometimes their anger guarantee their satisfaction in the situation be on their side and be willing to find a solution.
Don’t buy time with the hold button because the customer will be extremely angry don’t forget show interest and sympathy for him or she remember if the customer is angry probably has a good reason to be.
The tone of voice is very important over the phone can pretend that caller is a old friend and familiarity with him or her the tool was more easy.
Finally make him or her smile when agent is smiling a warm and friendly tone just happens a smile.

Time is money
The importance and value of time is different for each person because the students use it for taking more knowledge and they want take advantage of time o learn because they are paying each minute to attendance the class, therefore a working person use time to earn money, the importance of time differ for all age of people, the childhood never can back so the children would be enjoy highest their childhood.
In addition the meeting and negotiation is extremely necessary being on time always to not be late, arrive at the right time because the punctuality says a lot of about our personality.
Moreover, few hard working people know that time is money and don’t waste it because if work very hard gain a lot of money to do something the quick way, in order to allow time for other things. Time is a valuable commodity, and that you should put it to good use, otherwise you’ll lose more than you gain. But I know many people that sitting and spend the time doing nothing only watching television and your telephone in your hand and earn nothing.
Time never stops, it can’t be returned and can’t be saved it can only be used as an opportunity it is better to do something now than leave it for later, otherwise it might never get done. Because time passes very quickly, avoid be as part of a usual routine and spend our time with family, going to church, pray mighty god all this things are the best ways use the time, when you have to be organized and know how to make the most of your time.
I think the people take advantage of time efficiently gains a good salary and highest status and can be a respectfully person.

Refund polices
Return policy warranties the different products to the customer , because the customer have many reasons for return a product this policy cover the situation where the customer wants to brings a purchased item back and exchange it for cash, a replacement product, or store credit.

Native speakers often use the idiomatic expression. Idioms are an enjoyable way of using language helps us to learn more effectively.
Predicting customer need

Predicting customer need is very important in the world of the business because is necessary to know the needs of customer and anticipates its. The companies can be apply some methods to predict customer like spend time with them, focus on nonconsumers, watch workaround and get a context.
